At Barley Moon Botanicals, we carefully package every order to help ensure your honey and botanical products arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently ship orders within the United States using standard shipping services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery location.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within approximately 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Please note that carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Damaged or Missing Packages

We package our products carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the damaged package and products.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
